This song is based on the poem written by Rebecca Smith, MA, LPC-S, "Love Heals." The poem is about growing up in the foster care system and finally connecting with someone that brings light into a very dark world.

Payton Riley turned the poem into the most beautiful song with a focus on the desire to have a family and to find a home.
