The Coming Home Campaign will establish the Chosen Campus, a permanent home for the ministries of Love Heals Youth and a place where foster youth and the surrounding community can gather for worship, leadership development, education, and support. The campus will be developed in three strategic phases over approximately 3–5 years.

The Chosen Fellowship Chapel & Community Center will be a welcoming place where foster youth served by Love Heals Youth can gather for faith, fellowship, and encouragement. The Chosen Fellowship Chapel & Community Center will be a welcoming place where foster youth served by Love Heals Youth can gather for faith, fellowship, and encouragement. Designed to meet both spiritual and practical needs, the center will include a community room that hosts our weekly leadership series and transforms into a chapel for Thursday night worship services, creating a consistent place where youth can grow in faith and community.
The facility will also feature a full kitchen and dining space where meals can be shared together, strengthening relationships and creating a sense of family. Two counseling offices will provide a safe and private environment for youth to receive support and guidance as they work through life’s challenges.
Local churches will partner with Love Heals Youth by providing worship teams and pastors each week, creating a rotating community of believers who come alongside these young people. Together, we will offer a place where foster youth can hear God’s Word, build lasting friendships, and always know they have a community they can return to for support, encouragement, and hope.

The Chosen Threads Boutique will be a welcoming space on the Chosen Campus where foster youth can shop with dignity and confidence. As the home of our mobile clothes closet, the boutique will allow youth visiting the campus to choose clothing, shoes, and essentials in a warm, store-like environment—completely free of charge.

As the home of our mobile clothes closet, the boutique will allow youth visiting the campus to choose clothing, shoes, and essentials in a warm, store-like environment—completely free of charge.
While the boutique will serve youth who come to the campus for worship, leadership events, and community gatherings, Chosen Threads will continue to operate as a mobile clothes closet, traveling to group homes and locations where youth live. This ensures that every young person we serve has access to clothing and essentials, even when transportation to the campus is not possible.
Chosen Threads is more than a place for clothes—it is a reminder that every young person deserves to feel valued, confident, and chosen.

The Chosen Academy will be a private Christian hybrid school serving families in the community through a unique two-day model, with students attending classes on Tuesday/Thursday or Monday/Wednesday. This approach has generated tremendous interest because it allows parents to remain actively involved in their children’s education while partnering with experienced educators in a faith-centered environment.
Rooted in Christian values and academic excellence, The Chosen Academy will cultivate leadership, character, and a strong foundation of faith for students and their families.
Beyond education, the school will play a vital role in strengthening the mission of Love Heals Youth. Families and volunteers connected through the academy will help support the organization’s monthly drives and outreach efforts, meeting the practical needs of foster youth living in group homes. Additionally, the academy will generate sustainable revenue that helps maintain the Chosen Campus and expand the life-changing programs and missions of Love Heals Youth.

The first phase focuses on purchasing 6–8 acres of land and preparing the property for future development. This phase includes land acquisition and site preparation such as clearing, installing utilities, and preparing the infrastructure needed for future buildings.
Preparation may include:
• Water access and septic installation
• Land clearing and grading
• Driveway access and parking preparation
• Utility infrastructure for future buildings
This phase establishes the foundation for the Chosen Campus and creates the space where all future ministries and programs will operate.
The second phase focuses on constructing the Chosen Fellowship Chapel & Community Center along with the Chosen Threads Boutique.
The Fellowship Chapel & Community Center will serve as the heart of the campus, providing space for weekly worship, leadership programs, counseling services, and meals shared together.
Recommended Size: approximately 5,000 – 7,000 square feet
Features include:
• Large chapel/community room with stage
• PA system and full audio-visual capability
• Dining hall for shared meals
• Full commercial kitchen
• Boys and girls restrooms
• Two counseling offices
• Space for weekly leadership programs and worship services
The Chosen Threads Boutique will house the organization’s mobile clothes closet, allowing foster youth to shop for clothing and essentials in a welcoming store-like environment when visiting the campus.
The third phase focuses on building The Chosen Academy, a private Christian hybrid school serving families in the surrounding community.
Recommended Size: approximately 28,000 – 35,000 square feet
The two-story school will include:
• 20 classrooms
• Large community gathering space
• Library
• Three administrative offices
• Staff conference room
The academy will serve approximately 610 students from Pre-K through 12th grade
Students will participate in a hybrid education model:
Program A: Tuesday / Thursday classes (305 students)
Program B: Monday / Wednesday classes (305 students)
This innovative structure allows parents to remain actively involved in their children’s education while benefiting from a Christ-centered academic environment.
When operating at full capacity across the four instructional days, the academy is projected to generate approximately $2 million annually after teacher salaries, covering operational expenses such as facilities maintenance, utilities, and software systems.
All excess funds will directly support Love Heals Youth programs, outreach, and ministry efforts.
In addition to the academy’s revenue, Love Heals Youth will participate in Medicaid reimbursement programs for counseling services. Based on 2025 service levels of approximately 5,400 counseling hours, the organization would generate at least $500,000 to $1 million annually, covering counselor wages and administrative costs.
By combining these sustainable revenue streams, the Chosen Campus is designed to become largely self-sustaining, allowing operational expenses to be covered through program income rather than ongoing fundraising.
This model allows future fundraising efforts to focus directly on serving foster youth, supporting activities such as leadership programs, clothing drives, holiday events, events, and other opportunities, that are life-changing experiences to help youth heal, grow, and thrive.
